In the scenario of the succession of Karl Germer to Marcelo Motta we have definite proof and understanding that Marcelo Motta succeeded Karl Germer as his Heir in the O.T.O. And Θελημα..
Yet as a consequence of the stupid decision of Claudia Canuto de Menezes aka Soror Khali Athena to separate from the Declaration of Trust and not obey his last will to have a vote she became another talking monkey, a traitor who rationalized her actions and told all present she wanted to live her own life.
Having recovered her wits somewhat she emerges years later giving Santos a lecture on how her wounds are now healed and tries to catch Santos attention by twisting around the basic truth that she failed to take a stand as she was supposed to.
She writes this:
As readers can see; she is telling Santos that no was was capable of it!! No one was appointed, in fact, since she betrayed Marcelo Ramos Motta by not arranging the vote as it states.
It astounds me on what a moron Claudia Canuto de Menezes is for thinking the Declaration of Trust names the trustees as heirs. This is clearly an inaccurate implication. The Declaration of Trust names the three to vote for the Successor. All three of the trustees; having been given copyrights jumped to the conclusion that they were supposed to vote for one of them among themselves completely ignoring that any of the general membership could have the Succession by their vote. None of the three Trustees came to me; nor anyone else to learn who was in good standing at the time of Mr. Motta's death, nor hear any statement about good services and merit during Mr. Motta's lifetime. This confusion by one imbecile, Claudia Canuto de Menezes has led people to making inaccurate statements about how the details of the Declaration of Trust was supposed to of been obeyed; and we have another writer stating that the Declaration of Trust named three heirs to lead the Order. This writer seems unaware of the fact that a vote was needed to elect a Successor. Voters with copyrights aren't heirs. The Heir is the Successor!! Read the Declaration of Trust again!! Claudia Canuto de Menezes was not only a traitor to the last wishes of Marcelo Motta; but clearly on idiot level in terms of being girt with a sword; having too old Aeon a reaction to the entire transition. Was the shock of Marcelo Motta's death so terrible for her that she could not function intellectually, spiritually and magically like a Thelemite? This does seem to be the case since her intellect always seemed normal when I knew her; and it was with surprise and disappointment that she reacted not like a Sister of the Order doing the duty of her delegated responsibility; but a stupid old Aeon house wife that refused to look at what was clearly printed before her eyes in the Declaration of Trust.
Therefore, as a consequence of her idiot rationalizations, her objections to fulfill the Declaration of Trust the vote did not occur. She ran away like a spoiled little girl crying that the O.T.O. as a battlefield has too many mines; apparently frightened that one of these alleged mines might go off and blow her to kingdom come.
In her slimy, deluded, weak willed state she had objected to the Declaration of Trust; and told me over the telephone that she was searching for another one convinced that her Superior had changed his mind later on in time. Of course, she found nothing; and her official notarized separation from the Declaration of Trust made it now impossible for a Successor to be named as per the instructions in the Declaration of Trust.
This official notarized separation from Claudia Canuto de Menezes made no Succession and no vote completely her karma; and not the other Trustees who in spite of their delusion they were both Supervisor General now; had at least retained their trusteeship.
Therefore her separation from the Declaration of Trust not only destroyed any chances of a future vote and a Succession for Marcelo Ramos Motta; but created a situation where the copyrights of Marcelo Ramos Motta in his native country did not exist for anyone. She had thrown the Order into limbo; and made it piracy for members in Brasil to print their own Superior's writings.
I cannot therefore claim the Succession of Marcelo Ramos Motta from the Declaration of Trust; nor did he name me his follower; nor did anyone of the Trustees consider me as the new Head.
