Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law
Well, if you’re hard pressed, repressed, obsessed, depressed or regressed rather than impressed, redressed, or assessed with the wealth of aspiration it is anyone’s guess what a mess you would profess. So, the point being, that any number of aspirants approach us for affiliation and either without hesitation take the Oath; or hesitate, procrastinate, or show openly show hate when they try to define Us unfairly from too little data; or perhaps the ego being a good servant but bad master lets them run from us thinking what they think they think we are. Yet, clearly there will be more to discuss with these issues where the very manifestation of the 93 Current does have very real effects and the first very real realization is confidence. Of course, if the confidence deteriorates into vanity, presumption or any number of delusions the pattern is always consistent. On another plane there aspirations are out of touch with the reality of the Order; and therefore not of us. Knowledge and Conversation of the A∴A∴ does not occur with them if by some random quirk of fate they happen to sign the Oath and instead they end up liars or traitors.
The old Aeon current in them might be stronger than the 93 Current where they simply cannot let go of their false self to unfold their True Self to know their True Will to arise with their Great Work.
Yet, we have known students in the Hierarchy to show real aspiration and work. Even that the very memory is inspiring, for example, after a discussion at a local saloon the student threw right fist up in the air and vibrated, Θελημα, Θελημα, Θελημα
where I felt her aspiration; and of course, that was one of my golden moments. How is it that an aspirant over there fails; and the one over there succeeds. Well, I should think that we must view all this from the perspective of manifested energy; and of course if they make efforts on their own behalf rather than be idle and stupid about the Oath real results are constantly being officially recorded.
Naturally, everyone who gets in touch with us hasn't the same motivations, aspirations, experiences, background of education; and
zeal. Confer Auguries of Innocence by William Blake . The diversity of the True Self or what you were born for is expressed in his brilliant poem. Yet Auguries in the literal sense are not so innocent but simply processes of interpreting phenomenal existence.
I might of titled it Auguries of Karma but you know how annoying I can be to the novice always looking into etymologies; and making everyone define terms so clarity of communication is assured.
It is a terrible state of affairs, don’t you think? What state of affairs you might inquire? That is, you not thinking, you silly ass, you.
Moving right along.
Well, you’ll never reach even a rudimentary empowerment without learning to think for yourself. Indeed, a first class university teaches the freshmen to think for themselves; or they should. Well, we are not trying to build a haven for slaves but true initiates. Well, let us discuss how magical energy is involved with Hierarchy.
Clearly, positive experiences overall in occurrence are going to take some time to become a greater percentage. It does assist to have a sense of humor but know when to be dead serious. The Gods know I’ve tried to experienced “existence as pure joy” and “love under will” as a constant but without initiation the impact of the infinite takes some time to adjust to; and how you balance fraternity by discipline means the difference between eventual proper instruction properly so that the student learns to empower themselves; or those slipping away from the joy of exchange depends on the aspirations made real by effort. So, what is the key to this issue? You must try to understand that the A∴A∴ exists above the abyss and does not suffer deterioration in the way a temporal and plane of disks magical organization will always prevail against the elements of winter experience. For example, the O.T.O. is temporal; and only a novice would consider it some ultimate manifestation in the same manner as the A∴A∴. With an Order like the O.T.O. you are presenting a system that is a social and economic system intended to put the world on its feet where the A∴A∴ has spiritual aspirations or volition that make its existence sempiternal and immortal while the O.T.O. is temporal and mortal. This, as I shall explain is a matter of magical energy and manifestation.
I should remark that such temporal organizations which exist on the plane of disks are mortal; and the deterioration can be very serious, especially if the membership are failed A∴A∴ aspirants. For the O.T.O. gets its magical energy from the A∴A∴. If a temporal organization exists below the abyss; and has an old Aeon taint all the worse for where the Order will fail to initiate. Liber LXI is an important lesson to be heeded; and is always the first to be read to the new aspirant.
Recently, a sister came to me and the first words of her mouth were; “I don’t like what is happening out there”. I asked her to be more specific whereas so much was going on I was interested in her explanations in due consideration where the situation was so important as to see me privately. A positive exchange came out it; and of course seeing her with the strength of her aura reminded me when Ray Eales aka Frater KSK aka Frater 939 once remarked to me decades ago that when he sees a member of Lodge they always seem clean. Again, I had the same awareness of the aura of a dedicated Thelemite which most certainly stood out with open astral eyes. Of course, the sister that visited me in secret has always been exceptional; and I am keen to hear intently those who have gained my respect. I will give no further details on the conversation or experience or publicly name her name suffice to state that she has avoided the deterioration of years that many fall towards; and this would not always be the case where the majority deteriorate to mediocrity or arise to a negativity where the ordeals have been too much for them or as worse become a disgruntled sidewalk philosopher trying to solve an issue for others (or criticize wearing the dark cloak of failure) that is really, really his or her own fault.
One of my first instruction or lesson from my Instructor who was Marcelo Motta aka Frater 216 was to open up my astral eyes to see others with realities rather than random assumptions. I took this instruction very seriously knowing how naive I was with regards to influence in the early days of My Path; and I was at that time working on conquering the astral plane so his instruction was very important. The instruction means knowing the magnetic influence of those who dwell among you and how the magical energy is going to effect them. If you are not careful you will fall from their association if they are out of touch with the reality of their True Self. I would recommend no open criticism to anyone until your astral eyes are open where you do not lie to yourself. This advice from my Instructor has proved invaluable but the caveat is unless you vibrate from the mountain you are blind to who treads the valley. Without open astral eyes with your observation you will fall prey to any number of delusions; or even be enslaved a false master. Judge; and prepare to be judged. Forgive your enemies but only after you have defeated them. Know who is worthy of your association!
It should be important to observe all this from a higher plane but if you’ve not reached a higher plane surely it must be confusing to those who do not understand how the current of the black brothers can exist or function, how deterioration from Our magical current exists; and how the same patterns of manifestation of energy effect those whose initiations simply were an over energized ruach from the 93 Current giving them falsity of self rather than empowerment of themselves when the True Self unfolds. For those who error mistaking the planes where they assume how the 93 Current effects them is an initiation in itself is only partially correct. For the 93 Current for the novice can seem like a current destroying them rather than empowering them. In a sense, what is being destroyed on the surface if you observe it deeper it is adjusting you away from your false self to the goals and realization of your True Self. This is brilliantly visualized in Liber LXV, Chapter I, verses 12 – 18 and of course, be reminded that this is a Class A Document which has many truths on many planes.
